Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the Magic Pop Mic in its original packaging, including all accessories, charging cables, and manuals that were included in the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
